Outdoor training in snow and - 6 degrees
iris classon, outdoor training session Today was an awesome day and a very busy one as well. I had a terrific start to the day, training one of my clients outdoor. We went to a football field (that apparently is used for cross-country skiing now?!). It was covered in crispy white snow, and surrounded by tall trees, also covered in snow. It was – 6 degrees, but that didn’t bother us, and we went for it. I truly love outdoor training. Later in the night I got to see another client of mine, who I hadn’t seen in almost a month because of the festive season. The workout went really well; she impresses me every time, as she has such a good spirit. I am dead tired now, just finished baking a tray of scones for tomorrow and some paperwork. Good night!
